With a vast experience in hairdressing, Tracey has won numerous awards, including 2x Australian Hair Colourist of the Year, 2x Australian Hairdresser of the Year, and 8x Educator of the Year. She provides a bespoke service customized to each client’s skin tone, face shape, and lifestyle. Tracey is a global leader in the hairdressing community, recognized by her induction into the Hall of Fame in 2018. Currently based in the Gold Coast, Tracey is a quiet yet assertive individual who loves spending time with her dogs and husband, an executive chef. With a wealth of experience, Andy and his salon brand have been at the pinnacle of hairdressing in the UK for the last two decades. He worked and trained in London, perfecting his craft of precision cutting at Vidal Sassoon. After successful years as a top stylist, he went on to open his salon brand MACK which is still going strong in the UK. Andy led his team to numerous national hairdressing awards, many with customer care at the forefront, however the pinnacle accolade was winning the prestigious L’Oréal Professional Colour Trophy in the UK. Over the years he has been featured and quoted in top magazines that include Vogue. Andy strives to make every client feel like an individual and prides himself on producing precision cuts and bespoke colours for every client he looks after. He also loves the challenge on working on all different types of curls. He believes that the most important reward in the industry is to make his clients look good and feel fantastic, which has been a benchmark to his career.

Caitlynn shows a lot of confidence in her approach to achieving beautiful cuts and colours. Her love for creating beautiful up styles and braids is on another level. She creates amazing looks that compliment the salon guest in every way. Caitlynn has styled at Melbourne Fashion Week, has assisted on brand photographic collections, has achieved runner up in an intercoiffere editorial photographic competition. Caitlynn has had her work published in magazines for her mens cutting and has placed 1st place for “Street Expression” in the IHS Hairdressing Awards. Caitlyyn has alot to offer and we are stoked to have her on our team. Caitlynn loves to perfect blondes and has a natural gift for amazing upstyles and creative styling. Sarah services her salon guests at the highest of levels. She is a true professional and prides herself on giving a thorough consultation where she will not only listen to your needs but give her professional opinion and advice to achieving the best result for you. Jackson is one of our young guns. Eager to learn at the highest level and proving to everyone he is not only a superstar at helping run the fast pace salon but will with no doubt be very successful in his chosen career. We a lucky to have him, he’s a big asset with a bright future!

Samantha is a talented emerging stylist who has done all her training at MOW. She’s got a natural gift for hairdressing and an asset to our salon. It’s been amazing to see Samantha’s growth so early in her career. She shows professionalism and is dedicated to each and every salon guest.
