Our experienced hair stylists have put together a list of the most frequently asked questions that may save you a phone call. If your question is not featured, please feel free to call Mow Hair and speak to one of our team today.

 

DO I NEED TO CONFIRM MY APPOINTMENT?

All clients are sent an SMS two days prior to their appointment. In receipt of this we ask that you confirm or cancel your appointment by replying either Y, Yes, N, or No. Alternatively you’re welcome to phone or come by the salon to confirm.

 

Deposits:
To be able to process your appointment, we require a deposit of  $50 or $100 depending on the booking. This his will come off your final account on the day. Our conditions are, if you No Show or Cancel within 24 hours of the appointment you will lose your deposit.”

 

WHAT HAPPENS IF I CAN’T MAKE MY APPOINTMENT TIME?

At Mow Hair, we prefer that all clients arrive on time for their appointment. If you are running more than 15 minutes late, your appointed Mow Hair hair stylist or colour technician may deem it necessary to reschedule your appointment as this will impact the time available for subsequent appointments. This may also incur a cancellation fee.

If you are pressed for time, you are encouraged to notify your appointed Mow Hair Stylist who will do their best to accommodate your circumstance.

 

CAN I CANCEL MY APPOINTMENT:
We ask that cancellations are made at least 24 hours in advance of your appointment, and are accepted by phone, SMS or by walking into the salon prior to your appointment.
If you have confirmed your appointment (by any of the options above) and then do not arrive at the appointed time, Mow Hair may deem it necessary to charge a cancellation fee.

 

CAN MY CHILDREN WAIT WHILE I HAVE MY HAIR DONE?
For the safety and comfort of all clients, we ask that children are accompanied by an adult at all times, and for safety reasons, do not play with the salon equipments and furniture.

 

HOW CAN I PAY?
Payment for all services can be made by cash, EFTPOS, Visa and MasterCard. AMEX is not accepted.
